Job Description

The GTB Delivery Team within the TDS Data, Delivery and Integration group manages end-to-end project delivery impacting TD Securities' Global Transaction Banking (GTB) business. The team collaborates with stakeholders across TD to support various initiatives.

The Project Stream Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of specific projects or workstreams, providing leadership, direction, and coaching, and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, monitor progress, and communicate project status effectively.
2. Facilitate requirements discussions and promote testing strategies.
3. Recommend delivery approaches considering effort, resources, and dependencies.
4. Manage cross-stakeholder interdependencies proactively.
5. Quickly grasp domain expertise and guide teams accordingly.
6. Utilize project management tools like Confluence & JIRA.
7. Translate business needs into actionable epics/stories and present solutions to leadership.
8. Apply Agile frameworks and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven leadership in managing large, cross-stakeholder projects within an agile environment.
• Experience in Corporate Cash Management, Treasury, or Transaction Banking is a plus.
• Experience with digital banking platforms (e.g., Finacle) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with requirements analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Educational Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certification, or working towards it is preferred.
