Peraton is seeking a Project Staffing Rationale (PSR) Lead assigned to Capture Operations and Excellence to support proposal efforts within the FEDSIM Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is critical in developing staffing strategies for large federal contracts, often valued between $100 million and over $1 billion.
As the PSR Lead, you will design and articulate a comprehensive staffing plan, ensuring alignment with technical solutions and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with technical experts, pricing leads, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and other volume leads to craft a strong, data-driven staffing strategy that meets contract objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
