Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to support the clinical team with project coordination and operational tasks. This entry-level role offers exposure to clinical trial processes and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

You will work with Veeva Vault and CTMS, assist with study documentation, and help identify operational issues while developing skills through our training and support from engaged management.

Competenze

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS is a plus.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Activities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as departmental needs evolve.
• Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with:
  • Veeva Vault
  • CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary Range

$40,900.00 - $79,900.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
