Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team, assisting with coordination and study documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment where priorities may vary by study.

Entry-level clinical research experience is preferred, with familiarity in Veeva Vault, CTMS, and MS Excel. This remote role offers growth within our Clinical Solutions team.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with:
  • Veeva Vault
  • CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary Range:

$40,900.00 - $79,900.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
