Job summary

This position serves as a vital cross-functional bridge, coordinating insurance claims, renewals, and safety initiatives while engaging with internal medical staff, finance, and external brokers and insurance carriers.**Essential Job Functions****1. Insurance & Risk Management Support*** **Claims Administration:** Process and report Auto, Cyber, Employment, and Property claims to insurance carriers while tracking financial updates.* **Data Management:** Compile exposure data and claims metrics needed for insurance renewals, executive board presentations, and actuarial reports.* **Malpractice & Liability Requests:** Manage the internal inbox to process malpractice certificates and claims history requests, and issue various liability certificates (e.g., Worker's Compensation, General Liability).**2. Project & Committee Coordination*** **Safety Events:** Assist in organizing cross-functional healthcare safety events, such as Patient Safety Week.* **Initiative Support:** Prepare presentations for committees focused on promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.**3.
