The Project Specialist will be responsible for providing program services, support, and analysis for incentive programs designed to promote e-bikes and electric vehicles (EVs). The role involves customer service, administrative support, project information management, stakeholder communication, incentive review, and coordination with internal teams. Our programs aim to reduce carbon emissions, energy costs, and support disadvantaged communities, funded by utilities and government agencies.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about clean energy and energy efficiency, with experience in program management, client engagement, and data analysis. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administration, implementation, and verification of energy programs.
  • Serve as the primary customer service contact, engaging via email and calls, and maintaining program databases.
  • Review project applications for compliance.
  • Maintain and update system databases accurately.
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and project tracking.
  • Build relationships with program partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct QA/QC of processes and suggest improvements.
  • Manage contracts, performance metrics, and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years in energy program/project management or administration.
  • Effective communication and client engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical, report writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • 1+ years in energy efficiency, EV infrastructure, or electrification sectors.
  • Experience in office settings.
  • Interest or knowledge in e-mobility sectors.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese is highly preferred.

APTIM is committed to sustainability, diversity, and community impact. We offer competitive pay ($60K-$75K), comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. This role is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, with a focus on project management and energy solutions.
