Your Opportunity

Stantec’s Government Services division is seeking a Database Analyst and Maximo Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide helpdesk technical support for US Coast Guard Maximo users enterprise-wide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Train and assist distributed users virtually in using Maximo to achieve USCG facility maintenance objectives.
• Possess multi-discipline technical knowledge of operations and maintenance of building systems.
• Support users to implement Maximo effectively and in compliance with enterprise standards.
• Monitor enterprise maintenance KPIs and proactively support users to improve performance.
• This position can be remote with a reliable internet connection.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Maximo Subject Matter Expertise including modules: PM, Work Order tracking, Assets, Locations, Inventory, Reporting, Data analysis.
• Requires an FBI background check; an active FBI background check is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager certifications are desirable.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of an associate degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of Maximo experience.

Additional Information

• Salary Range: $98,200 – $162,000, depending on location and experience.
• Location-specific pay ranges are provided for CO, HI, MD, IL, and CA (SF area).
• Final compensation depends on education, qualifications, experience, and location. Some roles are bonus eligible.
