DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a motivated Onsite Project Moderator to support an innovative AI data collection project. This role involves direct interaction with participants, ensuring proper execution of study requirements, and maintaining data quality standards. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data collection equipment; offload and label/tag data using client tools.
• Manage session logistics, facility setup, and participant flow.
• Lead participants through the data collection process and ensure adherence to study protocols.
• Provide professional support to participants, addressing questions and concerns.
• Prepare session materials and assist with hardware/software as needed.
• Capture and monitor data, aiming to meet daily collection targets.
• Submit daily reports and updates to the Project Manager and production team.
• Provide feedback on participant engagement and session quality.
• Ensure consistent high-quality data generation throughout the project.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs as part of logistical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in moderation, facilitation, proctoring, or similar roles preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge; experience using iOS devices is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage groups and foster a positive environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing scenarios.
• Customer service orientation with a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to create and maintain reports and documentation.
• Team player with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
