A manufacturing company in Beaumont, Texas, is seeking a skilled coordinator to manage all aspects of customer orders through the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, compliance with quality standards, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all the coordination and planning of all manufacturing processes necessary to complete Customer Orders on time and in accordance with applicable customer requirements.
Analyze and comprehend all requirements defined on the Sales Order, appropriate Quality Plan, string designs, engineering drawings, and any other applicable specifications to ensure all customer expectations are met.
Act as the single point-of-contact at the plant for customers, customer representatives, and the Sales team. Effectively communicates with all interested parties regarding order status.
Create all documentation needed for manufacturing of Customer Orders with a reliable degree of accuracy, including but not limited to:
Coordinates with all departments to ensure customer orders are completed on-time.
Monitors all job steps, reports progress and takes corrective action when required.
Ensures all job step requirements are appropriately performed, tracked, and documented for traceability of the finished product.
Ensures all inventory traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Track and report on Job Orders as they progress through all stages of manufacturing with a reliable degree of proficiency and accuracy.
Tracks customer inventory and assists with customer inventory audits as needed.
Participates in On-Call rotation.
Participate in physical inventory counts as necessary
Ensure workplace safety by enforcing HSE guidelines with onsite truck drivers and delivery drivers.
Interact professionally and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
Carry out job requirements in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Responsible for and the authority to generate non-compliance reports, corrective action and/or preventative actions in accordance with the appropriate operating procedure(s).
Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s)
Participate in actions which promote a safety and quality culture within NOV
Comply with all NOV Company and Quality, Health Safety Environmental polices & procedures
Ensure compliance of the company's overall objectives other duties as assigned by department Manager
