MSR-FSR Site Manager
Position Summary

The MSR-FSR Site Manager serves as the senior on-site representative for MSR-FSR, providing operational leadership for all personnel assigned to the Samsung Tool Install Program. Acting as the primary liaison between MSR-FSR, the client, and our employees, this role ensures exceptional service delivery, workforce engagement, rapid issue resolution, and consistently positive client experience.

The Site Manager does not manage the client's construction scope or schedule. Instead, they are responsible for the successful management and support of MSR-FSR personnel operating within the client's organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Workforce Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and support approximately 130 MSR-FSR employees assigned to the project.
  • Maintain regular communication with employees to ensure engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation, coaching, and performance discussions.
  • Coordinate staffing adjustments to meet client demands.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as MSR-FSR's primary on-site representative.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client leadership.
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain regular communication regarding staffing, performance, and operational issues.
Employee Relations
  • Address day-to-day employee concerns.
  • Resolve conflicts quickly and professionally.
  • Support disciplinary actions in partnership with HR.
  • Foster a positive work environment and strong company culture.
Operational Management
  • Approve timecards and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and workforce utilization.
  • Coordinate new hires, transfers, and demobilizations.
  • Ensure compliance with MSR-FSR and client policies.
Escalation Management
  • Respond to employee and client escalations.
  • Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.Escalate significant risks to senior management when appropriate.
Business Partnership
  • Work closely with the client to understand upcoming resource requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand MSR-FSR services.
  • Protect and strengthen the MSR-FSR relationship with Samsung.
Reporting
  • Provide weekly operational updates.
  • Track staffing metrics and workforce trends.
  • Monitor employee retention and turnover.
  • Report on client satisfaction and operational risks.
