MODEC America, Inc. seeks a senior leader to align Procurement, Logistics, and Project Controls with corporate strategy. You will set direction, drive cross-functional integration, and optimize capital project execution while upholding governance and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification - preferred; Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent process improvement certification - preferred; None mandatory.
10-15 years of progressive experience in project services within the energy, offshore, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry, including significant leadership responsibility over Project Controls, Procurement, and Logistics. Prior experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and implementing digital systems integration is strongly preferred. At least ten years of management or supervisory experience leading Procurement, Logistics and Project Controls in an Engineering environment required. Proficiency with corporate Project Controls databases and systems, including procedures, practices, methodologies, and WBS coding structures.
Experience with forecasting and review/audit tools to conduct periodic reviews of major project forecasts and audit EPCI project execution. Competence with proposal budgeting and EPCI CAPEX estimating systems for projects.
Proficiency with procurement systems and corporate procurement processes for project development and operations support.
Experience with cost reporting/analytics tools to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement in EPCI project costing.
Familiarity with finance/accounting interfaces used for proposal budgeting and CAPEX estimating.
Negotiation: Acts as the go-to expert on Negotiation for the most difficult or ambiguous cases, defining best practice, reviewing others' work, and mentoring them.
Analytical & Problem Solving: Demonstrates Analytical and Problem Solving autonomously in situations involving some ambiguity, adapting the approach to context and referring only unusual or high-risk cases upward.
Stakeholder Management: Serves as a reference for Stakeholder Management in complex, novel, or high-stakes situations, setting the approach and standards and guiding others.
Supply Chain & Procurement Management: Applies Supply Chain and Procurement Management autonomously in situations involving some ambiguity, adapting the approach to context and referring only unusual or high-risk cases upward.
Project Planning & Controls: Independently defines project schedules, monitors performance metrics, and manages developmental and execution costs. Utilizes project management and control software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to generate Earned Value Management (EVM) reports and ensure structured, on-time technical delivery and project governance in moderately complex situations, adapting approaches and resolving standard challenges without direct oversight. Develops weekly and monthly reporting for projects and management
Project Management: Support Project Management under complex or uncertain conditions, shaping standards and methods across the organization and developing others.
Budget Planning & Cost Forecasting: Serves as a reference for Budget Planning and Cost Forecasting in complex, novel, or high-stakes situations, setting the approach and standards and guiding others.
