As we expand our B2B residential construction services, we are looking for a Project Coordinator who embodies our values while thriving in a high-paced, detail-driven environment.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing high volume work orders in partnership with our partners. This role requires a strong balance between operational excellence (keeping projects moving quickly and accurately) and exceptional customer service (building trust with both our partners and the residents they serve).

You’ll manage each work order from start to finish assessing the request, contacting residents, dispatching subcontractors, ensuring quality control, updating stakeholders, and closing out the order. Success in this role means staying organized, moving with urgency, and creating confidence at every step.

What You'll Do:

  • Work Order Management: Review and assess work orders daily; prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Tenant Communication: Contact residents to understand the issue, schedule repairs, and provide updates with empathy and clarity.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Assign work to subcontractors from our network, hold them accountable to timelines and quality standards, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Client Communication: Provide timely and professional updates to our partners, ensuring they are always informed and confident in our process.
  • Quality Control: Monitor progress, confirm work is completed to Apple standards, and perform final checks before closing out work orders.
  • Documentation & Systems: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM and other systems to ensure accuracy, visibility, and accountability.
  • Problem-Solving: Navigate unexpected challenges quickly and resourcefully while maintaining professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in project management, property management, dispatching, or coordination roles is a plus.
  • Proficient in Monday.com is helpful, but not required
  • Familiarity with construction or residential repair processes is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.
