Job summary

KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Pallas Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. The Pallas division offers upholstery and related fabrics to meet customers’ needs.

Responsibilities include providing sales and order support to the Pallas teams and customers, handling pre- and post-sales activities, and coordinating installations and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a related field or the equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales or project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Responsible for all inbound pre-sales and/or post-sales activities generated by their assigned group.

• Post-sales activities will include coordinating installations, transportation and delivery dates with internal departments as well as timely resolution of quality issues.

Job Overview

KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Pallas Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. Pallas is KI’s textile division that offers a range of upholsteries, vertical/panel fabrics, privacy curtains and more!

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales, product and/or order support to the Pallas sales teams, customers, dealers and other business partners.

• Pre-sales activities include providing quotes and pricing, updating our CRM tool (Salesforce.com), and quoting installation.

The hourly rate for this position starts at $23/hour and will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and education.
