Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS practice seeks professionals to support HR service delivery on federal engagements in McLean, VA. You will manage HR transactions, policy documentation, and deliver clear communications across HR topics on complex client projects.

Applicants must hold TS/SCI with polygraph, be onsite full-time, and bring 2+ years’ federal HR experience, including policy documentation and service delivery material creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus 6 years of experience OR high school diploma plus 10 years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
  • 2+ years processing Federal HR transactions and resolving employee, manager, and candidate inquiry
  • 2+ years researching and documenting HR policies, procedures, communications, or issue resolution standards
  • 2+ years creating HR service delivery materials, including memoranda, notices, announcements, or news releases for HR
  • Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 2+ years of experience in professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Process standard and complex HR transactions and supports the resolution of employee/manager and candidate inquiries.
  • Support continuous research, documentation, and findings across HR topics to include policies, procedures, communications, and issue resolution standards.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,700 to $179,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
