Job Title: Senior Project Scheduler

Location: Kettering, OH (Dayton, WPAFB)

Crossflow Technologies, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Scheduler located in Kettering, OH (Dayton, WPAFB) to support our EPASS GB contract. As part of the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Initiative (MROi) is a DOTMLPF-P transformation that standardizes business processes and enables materiel solutions, providing the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) with integrated planning, scheduling, and execution of depot maintenance to support agile planning, workload optimization, and quality assurance.

This position requires a highly motivated Senior Project Scheduler responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Agile principles, business capability planning, and Air Force acquisition governance. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience with DoD and Air Force acquisition policies. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Developing and managing a comprehensive IMS aligned with DoDI 5000.75 for BCAT I programs.
2. Translating capability planning (drops, MVPs, increments) into schedule artifacts integrated with Agile timelines.
3. Supporting capability delivery, system implementation, and decision processes including requirements evaluation and lifecycle events.
4. Coordinating with functional leads, product owners, Scrum teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate timelines and milestones.
5. Producing technical IMS outputs such as GANTT charts, network diagrams, and critical path analyses.
6. Integrating Agile constructs with reporting structures to ensure traceability of business outcomes.
7. Aligning schedules with documentation and events per DoDI 5000.75, including CNS, BCA, and acquisition plans.
8. Supporting cross-functional schedule integration across cybersecurity, testing, and governance.
9. Facilitating schedule reviews and providing updates to PMOs and oversight bodies.
10. Analyzing schedule performance and recommending corrective actions.
11. Preparing artifacts for governance reviews, including FCBs and MDA briefings.

Job Requirements

• Advanced Degree (MA/MS) in Business Administration, MIS, or relevant field with 10 years of experience, including 5 in the DoD, or
• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 in the DoD, or
• 15 years of related experience with proper certifications, including 8 in the DoD.

• Experience with BCAT I or similar programs.
• Expertise in MS Project, including critical path tracking and baseline analysis.
• Deep understanding of DoDI 5000.75, acquisition lifecycle, and governance artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps in DoD environments.
• Ability to translate Agile roadmaps into schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Air Force risk management and supporting PMOs.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
• U.S. citizenship and active T3/SECRET clearance required.
