Job summary

MAAS Companies seeks a Project Scheduler to manage LAUSD construction schedules in Primavera P6, from baseline through updates, for in-person district projects in Monterey Park, CA.

Requirements include 6 years of scheduling experience for an owner or GC, Primavera P6 v19, and a relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent with extra scheduling years). A sample narrative is required with the resume.

Qualifications

• 6 years of construction scheduling experience (owner/GC)
• Primavera P6 version 19 and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field, or any bachelor's plus 2 scheduling years
• Experience with time impact analysis and windows analysis
• Sample construction schedule narrative required with resume

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 from baseline to updates
• Review contractor baselines, monthly updates, and recovery schedules
• Perform time impact and windows analyses to measure schedule deltas
• Conduct schedule forensics to explain delays and lost time
• Prepare schedule narratives detailing progress and critical path
• Provide cost engineering and scheduling support to the project team
