Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler in Phoenix to support project planning and execution. The role emphasizes field sequencing, schedule risk identification, and turning updates into actionable decisions for construction teams.

The ideal candidate will lead CPM schedules, coordinate with design, permitting, procurement, construction, testing and turnover milestones, and coach teams on scheduling tools while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience and Primavera P6 expertise.
• Experience on construction projects exceeding $25M.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Strong field sequencing knowledge; GC or construction management field experience preferred.
• Ability to work in Phoenix and visit project sites; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated critical path method schedules with project teams.
• Incorporate design, permitting, procurement, construction, testing and turnover milestones.
• Validate activity logic, durations, calendars and subcontractor commitments.
• Collect field progress updates and evaluate critical paths, float and milestone variance.
• Integrate pull planning and Last Planner practices; coach project teams on scheduling tools.
• Evaluate change impacts and develop resource or cost-loaded schedules and recovery options.
• Prepare schedule narratives and reporting that clearly explain progress and emerging risks.
