Job Description
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate scope of work team activities and support Project Managers.
  • Assist in developing and analyzing schedules using assigned systems.
  • Support schedule maintenance, progress data collection, and reporting.
  • Define activities, durations, sequences, and milestones for project scope.
  • Ensure all scope and deliverables are accounted for.
  • Develop and analyze project schedules using tools like Primavera or SmartSheet.
  • Support schedule review meetings and document minutes and action items.
  • Communicate schedule status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to organizational standards and policies.
What We're Looking For:

Project Scheduler Assoc:

  • No experience required with a qualified Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.
  • With a High School Diploma, at least 2 years of qualified experience.
  • Degrees in related fields such as Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management are preferred.
  • Experience in utility operations, project management, cost tracking, forecasting, or related areas is desirable.
Other Requirements:
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet development.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform scheduling analyses.
  • Physical ability to perform light duties at various sites, including potential site walkdowns and climbing ladders.

Compensation:

Project Scheduler Assc: $70,000 - $80,000

Project Scheduler: $80,000 - $90,000

Grade: SP20-009

Range: $112,869.00 - $146,730.50 USD

Physical Demand Level

S – Sedentary Work: Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, mostly sitting, with occasional walking or standing.
