ARB, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Scheduler for new and ongoing projects across California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Develop, track, and analyze fully integrated master schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Manage large lump sum capital project schedules, involving 5,000-10,000 activities and budgets over $100M.
  • Develop and monitor critical paths, forecast completion dates, identify risks and opportunities, and track key milestones.
  • Record historical schedule data and lessons learned for future projects.
  • Create and oversee sub-schedules, review, and update the integrated master schedule.
  • Communicate with clients, design consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other vendors.
  • Prepare progress reports, use lookaheads, and communicate schedule impacts.
  • Support risk analysis efforts.
  • Assist project controls in evaluating progress and critical activities.
  • Monitor schedule deviations and delays.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness.
  • Potentially oversee other schedulers.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource management in P6.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of construction project scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Salary/Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Paid holidays and PTO.
