Job summary

DeAngelis Diamond, a leading national construction management firm, is seeking a proactive schedule professional to join Future Bylt in Orlando. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate CPM updates through site visits and meetings, and support preconstruction teams with proposal schedules.

You’ll apply SOPs, track procurement, and train teams on schedule coordination. Travel to project sites is expected as projects progress, with opportunities to present updates to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a dedicated schedule professional with CPM scheduling experience.
  • Detail-oriented, high-energy, and excellent communicator with stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights for construction teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall project schedules and update CPM schedules via site visits, meetings, and reports.
  • Learn and apply Future Bylt SOPs to your work.
  • Track material procurement to support schedule execution on site.
  • Train teams on SOP requirements for schedule coordination and maintenance.
  • Travel to project sites for schedule development and oversight.
  • Participate in formal project presentations for projects.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting project teams with items such as: Overall project schedule development, coordinating on project schedule updates through site visits, meetings, and reporting, and assisting preconstruction teams with proposal schedule.
  • Learning and applying Future Bylt SOP’s, standard operating procedures, to your work.
  • Tracking material procurement with the project management team to support schedule execution in the field.
  • Train and reinforce teams as needed in SOP requirements for coordination of schedule development and maintenance.
  • Travel as needed to project sites for schedule development and oversight.
  • Be a member of a team involved in formal presentations for projects.
What You Need For This Position

  • Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera Project Planner (preferred / not required), Bluebeam, and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Passionate for construction and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience required as a dedicated schedule professional with background in attending schedule meetings, updating CPM schedules, and updating team leaders on schedule performance for projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in leading/managing meetings.
