Job Duties

• Develop and maintain project schedules based on WBS
• Manage and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Forecast future resource requirements
• Develop and publish look-ahead reports
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project scheduling or project management experience
• Experience in industrial or commercial environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to ask questions and drive clarity
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience with Unifier or other PMIS tools is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat
