Project Scheduler | Mechanical Construction
A family-owned mechanical contractor with over 100 years of experience delivering complex construction projects is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join its growing team in St. Louis, Missouri.
This is a full-time onsite position supporting major mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing schedules while working closely with project leadership, field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules across complex mechanical construction projects.
Responsibilities include:
3+ years of construction scheduling experience
Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling principles
Experience using Primavera P6, Asta Power Project, or Microsoft Project
Background scheduling mechanical, HVAC, piping, plumbing, industrial, or large-scale
commercial construction projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with earned value management, progress reporting, forecasting, and cost-loaded schedules
Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with project teams, leadership, clients, and field personnel
