Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale engineering and construction projects, with a primary focus on data center construction. You will serve as a central coordination point for project scheduling, integrate inputs from engineering, construction, production, site, delivery, and logistics teams, and maintain a holistic view of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Project for project scheduling, planning, or coordination.

• Strong understanding of project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams and workstreams.
• Oversee schedules holistically without directly owning execution of each activity.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Create integrated schedules based on inputs from engineering, construction, production, delivery, and site teams
• Monitor overall project timelines without directly owning individual workstreams or task execution
• Coordinate scheduling activities across: Engineering and design, Production activities, Site construction, Logistics and installation timelines
• Track milestones, dependencies, schedule changes, and completion dates
• Identify scheduling conflicts, risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays
• Escalate schedule risks to project leadership when appropriate
• Incorporate updates from multiple stakeholders into an integrated production and site-delivery schedule
• Ensure project teams have accurate and current schedule information
• Communicate project status and schedule changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project documentation and schedule accuracy across multiple concurrent activities

Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale, complex engineering and construction projects with a primary focus on data center construction.

This position will serve as a central point of coordination for project scheduling, bringing together inputs from engineering, construction, production, site, delivery, and logistics teams. The Project Coordinator will maintain visibility across the entire project schedule, track dependencies and milestones, and identify potential schedule conflicts before they impact critical delivery dates.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on Microsoft Project scheduling experience who understands construction project lifecycles and is comfortable coordinating across multiple technical and field-based teams.

• Ability to simultaneously coordinate inputs from multiple teams and workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large‑scale or multi‑site construction programs
