This position is responsible for monitoring all E2 Optics and customer safety programs throughout the field operations on site for a specific construction project to ensure the highest possible safety standards for employees. Provides coaching to employees on all safety rules and regulations.

What You'll Do:
- Follow safe work practices and adhere to company and client work site policies, as safety is our top priority.
- Promote company core values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture.
- Provide technical safety and health support and information to field and corporate personnel to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
- Identify safety training needs and coordinate safety training programs.
- Participate in new product/process reviews, including hazard analyses and operator training.
- Audit practices and records at jobsites to ensure compliance with company programs and federal/state OSHA regulations.
- Review injury/illness and incident investigation reports, following up as necessary.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as required by E2.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years' experience in the safety field, including inspections, incident investigations, hazard reviews, and safety training.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety laws at federal, state, and local levels.
- Certifications: OSHA 510 required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; effective oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: The role involves working in indoor office and construction environments. Must be able to sit, stand, use hands, climb ladders up to 20 feet, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in confined spaces. Regular attendance and potential travel are required.
