Job summary

Jet Propulsion Laboratory is seeking a Task Order Management and Pricing Project Resource Analyst to provide cross-cutting support for institutional tools and reporting that span JPL’s research and development lifecycle. The role partners with Project Controls to manage task orders from initiation to close-out and interfaces with NASA, agencies, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teams on pricing, cost estimating, and data systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience; Master’s with 1 year acceptable.
  • Experience in financial resource management, workforce planning, and funds administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel; familiarity with collaboration tools and wiki platforms.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of program management, technical organizations, subcontractors, and sponsors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills conveying pricing and contractual concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with pricing, program management, and technical teams to support institutional reporting tools for pricing and business metrics.
  • Support task order data systems to ensure contractual compliance and manage modifications.
  • Assist in cost estimating and price detail generation for proposals using ProPricer and internal tracking systems.
  • Analyze data to help establish cost controls across all project lifecycle stages from concept to operations.
