Aquatech is seeking a full-time Project Quality Manager (Inspector) to oversee quality control in Canonsburg, PA. The role requires reading fabrication drawings, ASME/AWS code knowledge, and travel up to 50% with a focus on non-conformity closure and documentation accuracy.

The ideal candidate will hold a CWI (preferred) and bring experience with pressure vessels, piping, and structural fabrications, along with supplier surveillance and QA documentation review.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience.
• High school diploma or technical welding/quality education preferred.
• CWI certification preferred.
• NDE and Auditor Certifications are a plus.
• Experience inspecting piping, pressure vessels, and structural fabrications to the mentioned codes.
• Experience with supplier surveillance and review of quality documentation (WPS/PQRs, NDE reports, material certificates).
• Significant travel (30%+), valid driver's license and passport required.

Responsabilités

• Track and ensure the closure of all non-conformities.
• Submit project quality documentation (EOMR, etc.) to the customer.
• Review contract documents and turnover packages to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain Project Inspection and Test Plans.
• Inspect pressure vessels, piping, and structural fabrications to applicable codes.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal Project Teams daily.
