Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager I to support owner-/EPC contractor-side quality programs on capital projects. You will perform surveillance, review QC plans and records, track audit findings, and report quality status to the project quality lead.

Your week blends field activities with document work, witnessing hold points and inspecting records while coordinating with the project team. ISO 9001 awareness and related certifications strengthen candidacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control, inspection, or QA on construction or industrial projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• Clear written reporting and ability to read specifications and inspection records.
• Organized in document-heavy work environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance of contractor and supplier work against the project quality plan and specifications.
• Review contractor QC plans, ITPs, inspection records, and material certifications for completeness and compliance.
• Track audit findings, nonconformances, and corrective actions in the project quality database.
• Witness hold points and document the results.
• Prepare weekly quality status inputs for the project quality manager.
