Program Manager – Quality & Manufacturing (Veeva / Product Batch Management)

Project Management-Centric Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging Quality and Manufacturing domains.
• Drive end-to-end execution of product batch management programs using Veeva.
• Own program governance, milestone tracking, and issue/risk management.

Batch Record & Compliance Oversight

• Oversee batch record review workflows and batch disposition lifecycle.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across all activities.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive resolution of compliance deviations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between Quality, Manufacturing, and IT.
• Facilitate status updates, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
• Translate complex technical and compliance data into stakeholder-friendly language.

Execution Excellence

• Align teams with delivery timelines using project plans and execution frameworks.
• Apply Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies depending on organizational context.
• Utilize PM tools to track deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.

System & Process Optimization

• Leverage Veeva capabilities to streamline batch and compliance processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
