• Prepare project charters and business cases in collaboration with the Projects & Analytics Section Manager.
• Coordinate teams and external vendors; manage timelines and administrative activities.
• Track milestones, evaluate risks (strategic, financial, operational) as they become known, and approve work that moves projects forward.
