Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to establish and govern project management practices for Hospital Information Systems. You will define lifecycle processes, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and report to the CTO/IT Operations Officer.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT project management, 10+ years in software development and a track record of leading teams. PMI certification is preferred and MS Project expertise is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience including planning and execution.
• 10+ years software development and team supervision experience.
• Experience implementing project management policies, procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Role Overview

• Establish, implement, and govern IT project management best practices across the organization.
• Define and document project lifecycle policies, processes, and methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project performance metrics and resource allocation frameworks.
• Report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / IT Operations Officer.
• Department: Hospital Information Systems - Project Management.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMI Certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, including project planning and execution.
• 10+ years of software development and team supervision experience.
• Experience implementing project management best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrated personnel/team management experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of project management tools (preferably MS Project Server).
• Experience with project portfolio management systems.
• Familiarity with financial management and project tracking software.

• Estimate resource requirements and allocate project resources effectively.
• Analyze project progress and troubleshoot delivery challenges.
• Conduct project post-mortems and document lessons learned.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project teams and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong business and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure timely communication of project expectations and updates.
