Reporting to a Project Officer or Senior Project Officer, the associate will support various technical and administrative tasks that are essential to project execution and regulatory compliance.

• Assist applicants through the filing process with various City agencies.
• Deliver documentation to city agencies for data entry, review, and approval.
• Coordinate with Plan Examiners to ensure compliance with City Building Code.
• Conduct research on existing building statuses via city records and databases.
• Perform related duties as assigned in support of project and department goals.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort with digital documentation and permit systems.

Compensation Range: $95,975.90 - $109,686.74
