Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, execution, and closure of medical and late-stage development programs. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications (Bachelor's or above) in science or life sciences.
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1-3).
• Entry level of project management experience with multiple small projects or one complex project.
• Expertise in at least one pharmaceutical drug development function (clinical ops, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development).
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team.
• Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools.
• Minimum 2+ years of project and financial management experience.
• SmartSheet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery: Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
• Project Management Tools & Data Accuracy: Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, RAID logs, and data; regularly update dashboards.
• Stakeholder Communication & Leadership: Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering cross-functional relationships and providing leadership to resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to achieve project objectives.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks; track mitigation actions and ensure proper submission to change management.
• Schedule Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain project schedules and reporting; identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Financial, Vendor, and Contract Tracking: Support budget tracking, accruals, POs, SOWs, and vendor commitments.
• Cross-Functional Reporting & Data Traceability: Ensure data traceability and accessibility across systems.

As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and closure of projects in alignment with the strategic plans of the business. Your responsibilities will encompass project management, documentation, risk evaluation, financial tracking, and reporting, all while adhering to PM best practices. This role includes managing medium to high-priority programs and cultivating complex business relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

• Project Management & Delivery: Manage all aspects of the product development plan, including activity planning, budget management, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget project
• Project Management Tools & Data Accuracy: Actively maintain internal project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, RAID logs, and data Regularly update and track progress using standardized dashboard reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication & Leadership: Act as the key internal contact for projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Facilitate regular project updates, document decisions and follow-ups and provide leadership to resolve issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to integrated project teams across the matrixed organization, collaborating with departments such as clinical operations, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to achieve project
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates, and schedule impacts and ensure proper submission to the change management process to maintain project integrity.
• Schedule Management & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information, ensuring transparency and adherence across all levels of the Identify schedule risks or slippage and support corrective actions when necessary.
• Financial, Vendor, and Contract Tracking: Support budget tracking, accruals, purchase orders, SOWs, invoice follow-ups, vendor deliverables, and external partner commitments.
