Job Description

The Compliance Project Manager, under the supervision of the Risk and Compliance Director, is responsible for executing small to medium projects related to client mortgage loan servicing activities. The role involves managing compliance change initiatives to ensure adherence to federal and state legislative requirements, with acceptance and sustainability by impacted business units. The individual is accountable for defining and coordinating project scope, requirements, design, delivery, testing, and overall implementation using best practice project management methodologies. The Project Manager is expected to effectively govern projects to ensure successful application of change initiatives within the client environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in Mortgage Servicing
