Our Goals Are:
A Compliance Business Analyst within the Compliance Change Management (CCM) department is responsible for implementing compliance solutions to ensure adherence to changing federal and state legislative requirements around mortgage loan servicing activities. The CCM department collaborates with legal, licensing, internal controls, technology, and business departments to establish strong, effective policies, procedures, and system changes that address compliance gaps.
The Business Analyst executes analysis and documents business and user needs for small to medium projects related to compliance change initiatives, ensuring acceptance and sustainability by impacted units. The analyst produces project documentation to ensure successful application of changes within the Seterus environment and processes.
