Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients in Dallas, Texas. The role sits within the Talent Technology team to support Workday enhancements and related initiatives.

You will manage planning, execution, and stakeholder communications for multiple projects within a technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project/operations experience, 3 years in Talent Technology enhancements, and a proven ability to lead presentations to stakeholders while

Qualifications

• 5 years working in project/operations area with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with moderate to high risk.
• 3 years’ experience supporting Talent Technology enhancements
• Experience leading project presentations to key stakeholders
• Experience with one or more Workday modules: Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workday HCM
• Experience in navigating in a matrix reporting environment solving/resolving complex issues
