Job summary

  • Strong understanding of organizational change management (OCM) and user adoption.
  • Knowledge of COSO internal control and ERM frameworks.
  • Generative AI skills applicable to business environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, collaboration, risk management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution to meet objectives on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate project intake by gathering requirements and assessing viability with stakeholders.
  • Develop value propositions aligned with business goals and project success.
  • Apply OCM best practices for smooth transitions, adoption, and sustained use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Six Sigma-driven improvements.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare regular status, risk, and outcome reports for senior management.
