The role requires hands-on work with Oracle PeopleSoft Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) and a strong background in Agile project governance and Scrum Master duties.

The candidate will drive requirements, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders, with a focus on smooth transition to Oracle Fusion and timely status reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Manager with experience in Oracle PeopleSoft finance (AP, AR, GL) and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance modules and understanding of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Ability to drive end-to-end project delivery, manage scope, timelines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage risks and resolve issues.
• Oversee integration and implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance modules and transition to Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
