Location: St. George, UT (with travel to Zion National Park)

Job Type: Full-Time, 40-60 hours/week (Monday – Saturday)

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 / year (Depending on Experience) + Per Diem

We are searching for a full-time Project Manager. The role requires exceptional leadership from a construction background and a passion for continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS

• A proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within scope.

• Proactive problem‑solving abilities and flexibility to attend early or late meetings when coordinating with clients, subcontractors, or cross‑functional teams.

We are looking for a self‑driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards while aligning with organizational goals, establishing objectives, assigning responsibilities, tracking deliverables, managing changes, and fostering collaboration across departments. Managing the high‑profile UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic project, the day begins with a morning coordination meeting and participation in crew flexibility arrangements. Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, reviewing schedules, identifying critical tasks, addressing safety concerns, confirming priorities, preemptively resolving conflicts, walking the site to verify progress, inspecting work quality, observing safety practices, speaking directly with field supervisors, evaluating unexpected field conditions, and completing progress reports, updating schedules, reviewing costs, and distributing critical meeting notes.
