Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of West region-critical strategic projects and programs.
• Partner with RVP West and Station Managers to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals for both short to medium term agendas
• Translate these objectives into clearly defined project roadmaps with milestones, KPIs and success criteria
• Translate strategy into execution by overseeing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex and high value initiatives
• Present to senior management a structured analysis providing solutions to manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Conduct data driven analysis of business performance and processes, identify root cause and improvement opportunities, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop fact-based recommendations to improve operational and financial performance
• Define success metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data and ROI, translate results into actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement
• Champion best practices across projects and functions to ensure continuous improvement
• Travel as needed and as required by RVP and West Regional needs, up to 30%
