RATE RANGE: $45-55/hr

• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a company-wide website redesign initiative. This role will focus on coordinating tasks, managing project schedules, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has experience managing digital or web-related projects, enjoys organizing workstreams, and is comfortable tracking progress across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will support the project lead and cross-functional teams by keeping deliverables on track, maintaining documentation, and driving day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of a large-scale website redesign, working across internal teams, contractors, and agency partners.
• Manage day-to-day project tasks, timelines, and delivery schedules using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Support regular check-ins, sprint planning, and status updates to ensure alignment across design, development, and content teams.
• Track project milestones and maintain detailed documentation, meeting notes, and action items.
• Identify potential roadblocks and escalate risks or delays to the project lead or stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with quality assurance coordination, content migration schedules, and project reviews.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on digital or website projects.
• Familiarity with web project workflows, including UX/design, content, development, and QA.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors or creative agencies.
• Proficient in project management tools
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise web projects or replatforming initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of web accessibility, analytics, and digital marketing integration.
