Job Summary

Plans, directs, and coordinates construction activities for a variety of industrial projects, primarily Water/Wastewater plants, but also factories, data centers, and production facilities across various industries. Typically oversees one large project or multiple smaller projects. Manages Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen, providing overall direction and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain liaison with clients to facilitate construction activities.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Coordinate with project staff, assign duties, and outline work plans.
  • Recruit and assign project personnel.
  • Ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Review project plans, schedules, and reports, and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare reports for management and clients.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and subcontractors.
  • Analyze and execute CPM-based schedules.
  • Monitor and control construction activities on-site to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
  • Represent the company in client meetings.
  • Manage financial aspects and project profitability.
  • Lead project meetings and mentor team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Includes interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, performance appraisal, and addressing employee issues, in accordance with policies and laws.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • PE license is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
