Lumos & Associates is currently seeking an accomplished Water/Wastewater Project Manager to help lead our growing team of water/wastewater design professionals. This position requires a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to help build, direct, and advance this technical focus group in northern California. This position will work out of a Lumos & Associates office: California - El Dorado Hills or Roseville. Office location will be determined as part of the selection process.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting projects for our water and wastewater clients throughout our current service territory. These projects will include water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, booster pump stations, lift stations, storage facilities, master plans, water/sewer modeling, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
As a leadership position within the company, the Project Manager promotes and develops new and repeat business opportunities that are in alignment with Lumos & Associates’ strategies and goals.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
California salary pay range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD
