Job summary

Jobtailor in Westwood, MA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Manage project execution from initial concept through construction completion
• Ensure adherence to technical, regulatory, and funding requirements
• Act as primary client point of contact
• Guide clients through funding options, permitting, and project execution
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, including permit applications, drawings, specifications, opinions of cost, and reports
• Attend meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong leadership ability with a passion for managing and mentoring others

• Familiarity with New England and New York water and wastewater regulations, permitting processes, and funding opportunities

• Experience in water and wastewater system design, including treatment plants, pump stations, conveyance systems, and asset management planning
