• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Alabama preferred.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop studies and deliver planning/design services for municipal water and wastewater utilities
• Serve as project manager and/or technical lead for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Perform engineering calculations, develop construction documents, write technical specifications, and coordinate with clients to meet project objectives
• Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within established budgets
• Support marketing efforts through client interaction and high-performance execution
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for upcoming assignments
• Review and perform QA/QC of project documents, reports, and data
• Mentor junior engineers, technicians, and interns while providing technical oversight

Are You a Project Management Rock Star?

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Masters )
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Alabama or the ability and intent to obtain
• Strong technical background in water/wastewater treatment systems
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating multi-discipline efforts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Engagement in professional and industry organizations (e.g., BCEE, PMP, LEED AP )
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to travel as needed per project requirements
