Summary
We are seeking a motivated self-starting Project Manager to support our Water/Wastewater Practice in our Illinois office! The Water/Wastewater practice covers a broad array of work, including moving projects from conceptual planning through design, bidding, permitting, and construction. Some projects for Water include raw water supply (including well and surface water intakes), pumping, treatment, storage and distribution. Wastewater projects include wastewater treatment plant studies and design, collection system assessments and rehabilitation, pump/lift stations, and process/mechanical piping systems. The Project Manager will assist in the growth of client relations, as well as management of junior team members.

Must possess a current, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and have the ability to obtain licensure in one or more other states in which HR Green conducts business. The employee must be capable of driving/operating a motor vehicle for company business, and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
Compensation Range
$108,950.00 - $171,700.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
