Job summary

Ultimate USA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is expanding its presence in the United States and seeks a proactive project manager to independently manage customer projects. You will plan, monitor, and coordinate schedules, budgets and milestones, and lead interdisciplinary teams while collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and the Austrian site.

• Planning, monitoring and coordination of schedules, budgets and project milestones
• Functional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, as well as close collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and specialist departments at the Austrian site
• Support and communication with customers, including project meetings and presentations
• Coordination of change management, approvals, acceptances and type testing
• Support with quotations, documentation and First Article Inspection (FAI)
