Infinum NA is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of experience designers, visual designers, and developers to create exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

Infinum is a global digital agency with US and European team members.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who learns quickly and enjoys a deadline-driven environment working with talented creative teams. They are a detail-oriented, solution-minded thinker who is dedicated to meeting our clients’ goals and will proactively seek to improve Infinum NA’s business and processes. They are strategic and think outside of the box. They have a positive attitude, a good vibe, and are enthusiastic about their work. They have 5+ years of digital production experience and are comfortable with complex product builds that have timelines of 3 to 18+ months. They are comfortable with remote work and the support of West Coast clients and timezone. They are a curious human.

Qualifications:

• managed and/or created large-scale websites and applications
• has produced large, complex mobile applications
• has driven software build projects that include robust UX, UI, and multiple 3rd party integrations
• driven the strategic, creative, and technical execution of a digital project throughout its life cycle
• served as the main contact between clients and internal teams and has the battle scars to prove it
• generated and managed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• identified and successfully managed project risks that ended with a proactive solution
• has experience communicating up and down the agency and client team
• identified and communicated upcoming resource needs in advance of problems occurring
• managed tasks and bug tracking using Productive, Asana, JIRA, or other similar tools
• has remote work experience—Infinum NA is a distributed company that seeks capable, experienced candidates able to work independently when needed but also equally well as part of a larger team
• provided QA for projects throughout the design, build, launch, and post-launch phases
• has experience working with international teams (both agency and client)
