Type: Part-time Position

Compensation: $45–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-term (6–12 months) with a commitment of approximately 40 hours/week

Commitment: Flexible, with 2–5 calibration calls weekly

Role Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day lead on multiple AI and data projects, overseeing workflow, operations, and strategic initiatives
• Attend and document weekly business reviews; occasionally lead key meetings
• Identify and resolve quality misalignments by conducting root cause analyses and cascading findings across teams
• Collaborate with Product partners to create and refine project guidelines
• Align priorities, roles, and decision-making across large, cross-functional teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate project roadblocks and risks
• Advise subject matter experts on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation
• Standardize onboarding and training processes for Gen-AI experts
• Collaborate with vendors across multiple time zones and lead meetings involving up to 200+ participants
• Track project deliverables using advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel
• Manage large-scale annotation projects to ensure data quality and consistency
• Demonstrate agility and flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements

Qualifications

• Must be based in the USA
• BA/BS degree required; STEM background preferred
• Strong experience in project management or related fields, with proven ability to coordinate large teams
• Strong data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL, with working knowledge of coding
• Leadership experience or demonstrated capability to lead large groups effectively
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments with tight deadlines
