Cordoba is seeking a qualified project manager to assist in the management of private university projects involving laboratory renovations, space conversions, deferred maintenance projects, and closeout of similar projects. The right individual will be able to manage multiple projects of varying values simultaneously at different stages of the project life cycle. Evaluation of existing facilities, development of scope, end-user engagement, and successful turnover to M&O will be key for the successful candidate. Assignment is full-time in person in the Pasadena, CA area, start date is ASAP.
