Turner Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects across the United States. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least ten years of related experience in construction management, fostering strong client relationships and leading high-performance teams.

Leads, directs and coordinates the day‑to‑day management of the project.
Reports to: Senior Project Manager or Project Executive.
Traveling Project Manager – Open to travel to locations across the country, including Texas, Virginia, Maryland, and Ohio.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $170,000.00 – 250,000.00 annualized. Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of ten years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles. Proven written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Must have advanced presentation skills. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, use construction personnel hoists, climb ladders, and negotiate work areas under construction. Visionabilities requirement includes close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Tasks require using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, sit, talk, and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Employee regularly works on site at the construction worksite where they are exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. Noise levels are usually moderate to very loud.
May perform other duties as assigned.
